For non-wedding events, such as baptisms, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, corporate events, Bar/Bat Mitzfahs, Retirement celebrations, Anniversary Parties, Girls' and Guys' Nights Out, etc... please email us for a quote!!


           Day-of Event Coordination (For the Bride who wants to plan her wedding, but doesn't want to worry herself with the details on her wedding day!  We will make your vision a reality!)
  • Will make follow-up calls with each vendor to insure that all of Client’s expectations are met
  • Help with any pre-wedding details (reception gifts, bows, any pre made preparations)
  • Will be personal aid to the Bride, Bridal party and guests, as needed
  • Will see to it that all cards, favors, cameras, etc. are ready prior to your arrival
  • Supervision of ceremony and reception setup to ensure a smooth and stress-free day

  • Will oversee both the ceremony and reception to ensure smooth running of the day


  • Will assist you in creating your wedding day itinerary and will later ensure you, bridal party and guests are in-tune with your wishes
  • Will gather members of family, bridal party, groups of friends, etc. to be photographed (at Bride & Groom’s request)
  • Oversee the set-up of the ceremony and reception sites to meet with your expectations


  • Full wedding day coordination (up to 10 hours)


  • We will handle the distribution of  final payments and gratuities to vendors


  • Lining up and cueing of the wedding party for the processional, recessional and introductions as Bride and Groom wish


  • Pack up all items belonging to the couple at the conclusion of the event, and distribute to appropriate individual to return items to couple at a later date (Host will provide contact information)
  • Will work hand and hand with vendors throughout the day to ensure all cues and expectations are being met on time
  • Will coordinate and ensure smooth running of your most important reception details (Assist with distributing all bouquets, corsages, etc., dining, first dance, parent dances, bouquet/garter toss, cake cutting, etc.)
  • Will collect all wedding gifts during reception.  We will ensure safe keeping of all items and in addition will help with packing and transporting them at the end of your evening
  • We will be an on-site troubleshooter, making certain everything runs smoothly and as scheduled.  Relax, unwind, and Remember This Day


          Partial Service Event Coordination (This is our comprehensive BASE package for the Bride who is planning her own Special Day but wants more guidance and advice from a professional- this package is much more hands-on... we are with you from the time you book, until your reception is over!)


  • Includes everything from the "Bella" package
  • PLUS Remember This Day will walk through the planning process WITH you!!  Will act as  a "sound board" to bounce ideas off of, suggestions & advice throughout your planning stages!
  • PLUS five (5) hours of planning assistance (Can be used with honeymoon research, rehearsal attendance, final vendor meetings, etc).
  • Assistance with Honeymoon planning!! (Carina, from Remember This Day used to be a travel agent, as well)


  • Creates and monitors a realistic budget so that there are no surprises!
  • Helps you to find the best vendors for your event; and the best prices!
  • Assists with the formation of a guest list- can act as a liason between the parties
  • Help tracking RSVP's and can advise the Bride and Groom on proper wedding etiquette



Extended Partial Service Planning/Coordination (Our newest, and most extensive package other than the full service!!  This package is for the Bride who is just starting out in her planning (or has hit a snag in the process) and needs some more attention and guidance throughout the planning stages).

  • Includes everything from the "Bella" and "Magnifico" package
  • PLUS Fifteen (15) hours of planning assistance (can be used for venue location research, spreadsheet compilation of potential vendors, rehearsal coordination, setting up/attending vendor meetings/interviews, DIY project assistance, walk-throughs of venues-- any project you need help with- you have us for 15 hours in ADDITION to 10 hours on the "Day Of"!!!
  • PLUS Remember This Day will work with you in developing your event design/decor and implementing a cohesive "look" to your special day!

Full Service Event Coordination (For the Brides that just want to enjoy their wedding and want the details left to the professionals!  This package is great for those couples "on the go" who lack the time to focus on all the details that a wedding celebration involves!  Of course, you will always have the final say in everything- and we will work with you to make your dreams come true!)  This package price is determined after establishing a budget for your wedding.
